Salmon Teriyaki
 

1 to 4 salmon fillets
1 16 oz. bottle of teriyaki marinade

Soak salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce for 30 min. remove from sauce place on preheated grill charcoal or gas, if gas med. heat lay salmon fillets skin side down for 3 to 4 min then turn cook an additional 3 to 4 min.or until meat turns a pale pink. Serve with wild rice or you're favorite side dish. Salmon steaks may be substituted for a 2 inch steak double marinade time and add 2 min. to cooking time.
