Grilled Salmon
 


1 to 4 Salmon fillets or steaks
1 stick of butter
Garlic- fresh or powder
Parsley, Salt and Pepper

Preheat grill using a med. heat. Place salmon on aluminum foil roll edges of foil to make a tray. Melt butter and pour over fish sprinkle garlic ,salt ,pepper, and parsley over the top. Cook open face for 10 min. or until salmon turns a pale pink color. Do not turn.
